1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LandingVideo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LandingVideo generates promotional videos from website URLs. The Service scrapes publicly available content from URLs you provide (including text, images, colors, and screenshots) and uses this data to create animated videos.

3. Account & Authentication

You can use the free version without an account. To access the dashboard, save projects, and purchase videos, you must sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to scrape or generate videos from sites you do not own or have permission to use
  • Upload or submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent purpose
  • Resell or redistribute generated videos as a competing service

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you provide (URLs, text edits). Videos generated by the Service are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. LandingVideo does not claim ownership of your generated videos.

Free-tier videos include a LandingVideo watermark. Paid videos (single purchase or Pro subscription) are watermark-free.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Single video ($4): One-time payment for an HD, watermark-free video. Non-refundable once rendered.
  • Pro subscription ($29/month): Recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Email Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account and purchases. You may also receive occasional product updates, from which you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LandingVideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
